What has been occupying your mind in the last few years? Due to the unprecedented amount of disruption and change that we have experienced in our life time, the last few years has seen our minds often flooded with fearful and worried thoughts–it hasn’t been an easy time. This is why it’s now harder to now to find counselling and psychologist appointments, and our society is talking more and more about our ‘mental health’. What then does the Bible say about the mind, and maintaining a healthy mind? It turns out quite allot, and is very practical about patterns that lead to human flourishing. We’ll explore just a few parts over three weeks before we mark Jesus’ ascension (May 29th) and then Pentecost (June 5th).
