“What we hope for shapes what we live for”! When news got back to the Apostle Paul about the church he and his team had established in Thessaloniki about it suffering further persecution and their being confusion around Jesus’ return; Paul wrote his second letter to them. Over the next five weeks we will see the warmth that Paul and colleagues had for the Thessalonians and the encouragement for them persevere; encouraging us still today that “What we hope for shapes what we live for”!
